Data deletion instructions.

Disconnect a social account, understand what information remains, and request further deletion from InnoDynamiX.

Disconnect a social account

  1. Sign in to the Workspace.
  2. Open Social accounts and find the connected profile or Page.
  3. Select Disconnect, then confirm with Disconnect account.

Authors can disconnect their own LinkedIn profile. A Workspace administrator must disconnect a company LinkedIn or Facebook Page. If you cannot access the workspace, use the contact options below to request help.

Disconnecting removes the saved access credential from the active connection record and prevents new deliveries through that connection. A delivery already being sent may still finish. You can also remove the app's access in the social platform's account or business integration settings; disconnecting in the Workspace does not perform that separate platform action.

What remains after disconnecting?

The Workspace retains the profile or Page identifier and name, who connected it, connection timestamps, delivery status, post identifiers and links, and audit history. Disconnecting does not delete your employee account, articles, revisions or uploaded media. These records do not have a fixed automated deletion period. You can request their deletion using the contact options below.

Posts on LinkedIn and Facebook

Existing social posts remain on LinkedIn or Facebook after you disconnect. Unpublishing or archiving the website article does not remove those posts. Use the platform's controls, or ask the relevant Page administrator, to remove a social post. Information held by the platform is also subject to its own privacy and deletion processes.

Request further data deletion

Contact InnoDynamiX using the form or phone numbers below and identify your message as an “InnoDynamiX Publishing data deletion request”. Include the work email associated with your Workspace account, the affected LinkedIn profile or Facebook or LinkedIn Page link, and the information you want removed. Never send a password, access token or client secret.

We may need to verify your identity and authority over an account or Page and clarify the request. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Submitting a request does not automatically delete records. See our Privacy Policy for further information about the data we process.
